Chest of Drawers Zanzibar
Zanzibar takes a Tom’s Drag classic into XXL territory with ten large drawers. It is generous storage, a powerful colour accent and a piece of furniture that has no interest in disappearing into the background.Built by hand from MDF, the cabinet is then painted and finished in detail. The hand-applied decoration gives every piece small variations and an individual character.Use Zanzibar indoors on a level floor and distribute contents across its ten large drawers. It is storage on a generous scale and colour on an even larger one.

Six steps, many hands and one unmistakable character. From the first sketch to the final inspection, every figure is created with careful craftsmanship. Depending on its size, it is either cast in resin or handcrafted in fibreglass. Layer by layer, the colour is applied by hand. No two pieces are exactly alike — the artist’s hand always remains visible.
