Duck Aline
Duck Aline is the poised kitchen companion who keeps a cool head while everyone else searches for the missing spoon. Available in 21 and 37 cm heights, she brings order, colour and a touch of ceremony to the culinary proceedings. Each Aline is cast in marble resin, trimmed, sanded and painted by hand. Her costume is built in layers of colour and freehand detail, with the face, beak and fine edges finished carefully. No two figures are exactly alike.Place her on a kitchen shelf, sideboard or dining-room console away from heat and water. Intended for indoor decoration, Aline pairs naturally with Chef Alain. He may command the kitchen; she gives the impression of knowing where everything actually is.
Complete Collection
painted, never printed
Six steps, many hands and one unmistakable character. From the first sketch to the final inspection, every figure is created with careful craftsmanship. Depending on its size, it is either cast in resin or handcrafted in fibreglass. Layer by layer, the colour is applied by hand. No two pieces are exactly alike — the artist’s hand always remains visible.
