Duck Goldie
Goldie is a duck with a feather-trimmed hat and the composure of someone accustomed to making an entrance. Her richly patterned costume and rainbow colours turn even a quiet shelf into the edge of a carnival route.Each Goldie is cast in marble resin, carefully trimmed, sanded and painted by hand. Layered ornament follows her rounded form, with the face, beak, hat and feathers finished separately. No two Goldies carry precisely the same brushwork.Place her on a shelf, sideboard or dressing table where the decorated hat can be seen clearly. She is intended for indoor decoration. Goldie does not demand applause, but she has sensibly dressed for the possibility.

Six steps, many hands and one unmistakable character. From the first sketch to the final inspection, every figure is created with careful craftsmanship. Depending on its size, it is either cast in resin or handcrafted in fibreglass. Layer by layer, the colour is applied by hand. No two pieces are exactly alike — the artist’s hand always remains visible.
