Horse Thunder
Thunder is a proud horse in a fantastical Tom’s Drag costume, ornamented for a rainbow carnival procession. His strong stance turns good humour into something almost heroic.Cast in marble resin, Thunder is trimmed, sanded and painted by hand. Every costume differs slightly.Display indoors where the full profile can be seen. Thunder makes no sound, but the entrance is suitably emphatic.

Six steps, many hands and one unmistakable character. From the first sketch to the final inspection, every figure is created with careful craftsmanship. Depending on its size, it is either cast in resin or handcrafted in fibreglass. Layer by layer, the colour is applied by hand. No two pieces are exactly alike — the artist’s hand always remains visible.
