Cricri is a cricket from the avant-garde of insects, dressed in extravagant colour and fantasy rather than camouflage. Slender brass legs give the small sculpture an elegant, alert stance.The body is cast in marble resin, finished and painted by hand, then paired with high-quality brass legs. Fine details vary slightly from piece to piece.Display Cricri indoors on a stable shelf or desk and handle the legs carefully. She may be small, but her entrance is unmistakable.

Six steps, many hands and one unmistakable character. From the first sketch to the final inspection, every figure is created with careful craftsmanship. Depending on its size, it is either cast in resin or handcrafted in fibreglass. Layer by layer, the colour is applied by hand. No two pieces are exactly alike — the artist’s hand always remains visible.
