Giraffe Roxette – Head Raised
At three metres tall, Roxette with her head raised is the absolute XXXL giraffe: made for halls, galleries, staircases and rooms that thought they had seen everything.Formed in fibreglass and supplied in two sections, she is painted by hand. Her flowers are insertable and may be secured after positioning; the cigarette is removable.Place her on a level indoor floor with ample ceiling height. Roxette is decoration on an architectural scale, and subtlety was never part of the brief.

Six steps, many hands and one unmistakable character. From the first sketch to the final inspection, every figure is created with careful craftsmanship. Depending on its size, it is either cast in resin or handcrafted in fibreglass. Layer by layer, the colour is applied by hand. No two pieces are exactly alike — the artist’s hand always remains visible.
