Serafina kneels with one leg extended and raises the candle directly above her, turning a low pose into a long vertical gesture. She appears calm, exact and slightly surprised that anyone would choose to hold a tealight in a more ordinary way.Each Serafina is cast in marble resin, released, trimmed and sanded by hand. Blue, coral, green and black-and-white patterns are painted in layers across the folded body, with every section drawn freehand around the long limbs. The face, hands and elevated dish are completed carefully, where the narrow line of the pose must remain clear. The brush never repeats itself exactly, so no two Serafinas are identical.Place her on a dining table, console or sideboard where the raised arm has room above it. Her vertical shape works well beside lower objects and brings candlelight above the rest of the arrangement. Use a tealight of the intended size, keep the flame clear of painted sections and never leave it unattended. Let wax cool before removing it, then use a dry cloth. Serafina is intended for indoor decoration. Her part is balance; yours is sensible candle care.
